Delivery and Returns
Recommended last order dates before Christmas …
UK - 19th December Royal Mail 1st class. Or 23rd December Royal Mail next day guaranteed delivery.
International - 12th December Royal Mail. Or 19th December DHL (Please make sure you choose the correct delivery method at the checkout.)
All orders placed after these dates will still be processed and sent out as normal, however we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
These last order dates are suggestions based on the postal service recommendations. However please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Animalesque cannot accept liability for orders received late or held at postage depots due to circumstances beyond our control.

· UK Royal Mail First Class - Signed. Flat rate of £4.95
· UK Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery - Tracked. Flat rate £7.30
. Royal Mail International Tracked - Calculated by weight.
. DHL International Tracked - Calcualted by weight
Tracking details will be provided for international orders. Please use this tracking service to look out for your order, to avoid items being sent back and being charged again to re-post
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note some pieces are ‘Made to Order’ and can take up to 14 days to make prior to posting. Please see each product description for more details on making time
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
Royal Mail UK first class – 1-4 working days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - 1-2 days
Royal Mail International Tracked – 5 -10 working days.
DHL International Tracked - 3-5 Working days
Shipping times are estimates based upon Royal Mail schedules, and can be longer than stated, especially for international orders. Animalesque can accept no liability for orders received late or held at postage depots due to circumstances beyond our control.
Custom charges
If you are an international customer (including EU customers), you may need may to pay customs or VAT charges and/or a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim your package. These charges will depend on the country your order has been sent to and the value of the item. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Animalesque cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.
Order not arrived?
· If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your local delivery office, as they may have attempted a delivery when no one was home to sign for it. They should leave a card to notify you in this case.
· If there is still no sign of your package, please get in touch.
. If the parcel is sent to your local delivery office, and is not collected within the stated holding time, the parcel will be returned to Animalesque and it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for re-postage.
· If you choose Royal Mail UK Special Delivery or International Tracked Service, your tracking information will be sent in an email confirmation. If you haven’t received an email with your tracking information, please get in touch.
· All UK First Class delivery orders sent via Royal Mail require a signature upon delivery, but no tracking details are available.
· Animalesque can accept no liability for orders received late or held at postage depots due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
· Animalesque offers a return policy of 5 days from receiving the purchased item. Return postage costs and responsibility of item/s lie with the customer. A refund or credit note of the item will be transferred or offered to the customer when the item is safely returned, un-damaged and un-used.
· Animalesque does not offer refunds for limited editions, made to order or sample sale pieces if the received order corresponds correctly to the order placed or requested.
· If the item that you have received is wrong or faulty, we do apologise. Please get in touch within 5 days of receipt to explain the problem, and Animalesque will offer a full refund or replacement and discuss return shipment details.
· If you would like to exchange your item, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange for a product of the same or higher value. Or we can offer you a credit note to the value of your order to be used within 6 months. Extra postage costs for exchanges will be at the customers expense.
· All returns must be arranged and dispatched within 7 days of receipt. Returned items will not be accepted if held for more than 7 days after receipt.
· All Animalesque products are unique designs and individually hand-made, so allowances must be made for slight discrepancies.
