Description

The Ginger Lion is hand printed on a rust orange cotton velvet in a dusty brown, and adorned with a majestic ginger feathered mane with a gold trim. Lined with the gorgeous Humphries & Begg Honeycomb print and finsihed with brown satin ribbons

Fabrics and Techniques

Each piece is an original Animalesque illustration, screen-printed and handmade using an archive of mindfully sourced textiles. This limited-edition collection is printed on organic cotton canvas, burnt ochre linen, and surplus theatre velvet. Each piece is lined with beautiful cottons of Indian block prints, ikat weave and African wax prints, and all finished with satin ribbons.

Size

This headdress is made in one size with adjustable ribbons to fit all head shapes and sizes.

Measurements: 20cm by 15cm. feather length 14cm. Ribbon length 50cm.
