Description

The White Bengal Tiger headdress comes in 2 different colourways:

- Charcoal grey print on organic cotton, lined with Offset Warehouse spotty Indigo batik cotton, with grey satin ribbons.

- Dusty brown print on organic cotton, lined with Offset Warehouse organic hand-block tulipa cotton, with brown satin ribbons.

Fabrics and Techniques

Each piece is an original Animalesque illustration, screen-printed and handmade using an archive of mindfully sourced textiles. These limited-edition tigers are printed on organic cotton canvas and lined with fairtrade and organic Indian block print and batik cottons from Offset Warehouse.

The OW fabrics that I have chosen are all hand spun and handwoven using organic cotton, so the farmers and cotton processors do not come into contact with pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilisers. The material is woven within a community that is certified fair trade by the World Fair Trade Organisation.

Size

This headdress is made in one size with adjustable ribbons to fit all head shapes and sizes.

Measurements: 20cm by 15cm. Ribbon length 50cm.
