The White Swan is handprinted in charcoal grey on ivory satin with an orange silk beak. Adorned with white feathers and shimmering gold sequins. Finished with pearly white button eyes, and brown satin ribbon. Lined with floral block printed cotton from Rajasthan.

The Black Swan is printed with charcoal grey on black satin with a dark pink beak. Embellished with gold sequins nestled into soft black feathers. Finished with gold rim black button eyes and black satin ribbon.

Materials and Techniques

Illustrated, hand printed and handmade in my studio in Cornwall, working from an archive of textiles mindfully sourced from my travels, reclaimed from theatre wardrobes, and up cycled from vintage garments.

The headdresses tie around your head with satin ribbons, making them adjustable to fit all head sizes.
